had my 2.4 todae n i was really in the mood to run!REALLY!brought my YELLOW towel just for the sake of the run...started running...i really wana pass...although it is confirm i cant pass my 3 stations, i still wana run coz i wana lose weight!(:heheeXD

MR MINJOOT:hmm for RC,i believe u all can do much better...i have seen improvement from 1st time u showed me...continue to work hard...ure hands were not co-ordinated,not raised to the supposed height.

yesterdae...the bahas team had the preliminary rounds.which was the PIDATO round...they were given a statement which they have to talk about.its like expository type but instead of writing down they have to say it out...me rina aby n wany were in the competition last year so we came down to MASJID SULTAN to support them...me aby n rina thought we were late so we like BEYLO run to the masjid sultan...wen we came we were not late n was on time b4 our skool's turn.thnk god...RUN LIKE SIAO!hais=.=GO GREENDALE!!(: heeheeXDkaes den went to RAFFLES HOSPITAL to eat...MAKAN!actuallie only rina n aby only eat...me n wany just drink water(:yayaya blablabla...wana go penin to walk2 however me aby n rina gotta reherse for tat someting...yaya...so decided not to...take pics den sae gdbye to wanyO.oalahai nak malu2 plak c wany nie-.-
